The YES TO ME Foundation was created with a simple but powerful belief: when individuals learn to say “yes” to themselves, they unlock the courage to grow, lead, and make a difference in the world.
We focus on empowering women and youth through mentorship, education, and transformative experiences. By providing spaces where voices are heard, dreams are nurtured, and confidence is built, we are shaping a generation that is unapologetically bold about their future.
Our work is grounded in community, self-discovery, and resilience. We believe that when one person says yes to me, they not only change their own life but also inspire those around them.

The YES TO ME Foundation empowers individuals, especially women and youth, to prioritize themselves, embrace their worth, and boldly pursue their dreams. Through transformative conferences, hands-on workshops, and intentional mentoring, we create spaces where people say “yes” to self-discovery, growth, and purpose.
Our mission is to ignite confidence, nurture resilience, and build a legacy of empowered voices who uplift themselves and their communities.

The Yes to Me Experience & Exhale Party
(September 18, 2025 Shreveport, LA)
A high-energy event designed to celebrate self-worth, connect communities, and inspire individuals to say “yes” to themselves. We will have real conversations about love and relationships and we hope these conversations can help people better identify real love, healthy relationships, and reduce domestic violence.
Workshops for All Ages (November 2025)
Interactive sessions that focus on self-discovery, leadership, mental wellness, and practical tools for thriving in everyday life.
Youth Mentoring Pilot
(Early 2026)
A pilot mentoring initiative designed to connect youth with role models who encourage them to dream big and build resilience.
Mentorship Curriculum (March 2026)
Development and publication of a structured mentorship program that will serve schools, community centers, and partner organizations.
Say YES to ME Self-Care Challenge (Summer 2026)
A fun and practical community-wide challenge to help individuals create healthier routines, build confidence, and prioritize wellness.
YES TO ME Women’s Conference (November 2026)
Our signature annual event bringing together women from diverse backgrounds for inspiration, networking, empowerment, and growth.

Special Edition "Yes To Me Experience & Exhale Party" - A Celebration of Love, Unity & Hope
We’re thrilled to invite you to a special edition of the Yes to Me Experience & Exhale Party—an evening dedicated to love, relationships, and community empowerment. Join us on Thursday, September 18th, at the Celebrity Lounge at Bally’s Casino in Shreveport, LA, from 6pm-10pm for a truly uplifting and impactful night.
This event is FREE and open to the public, and we’re aiming to unite at least 200 community members in a celebration that not only brings joy and positivity, but also opens up meaningful conversations and support around relationships. We'll feature entertainment, fun, and a live taping of a special edition of The Anouk Show, centered around themes of love, connection, and positivity—designed to bring our community closer together.
Why this matters:
Not only is this an opportunity for fun and unity, but it’s also a powerful platform to address the critical issue of domestic violence in our community. In Shreveport, there have already been over 1,400 reported domestic violence cases so far this year—a concerning and growing number. By sparking open, supportive dialogue and sharing helpful tips, we can foster awareness, offer hope, and encourage collective action.
